Laura Colle
Office Manager
“Imitation is safe and hinders the creative process. We must think outside the norm and be truly set apart. So let’s all order sushi and listen to Coldplay.”
As our office manager, Laura keeps everything – and everyone – organized. And as our resident ray of sunshine, she always finds a way to brighten up our day (like when she brings in homemade pies).
Previously the Assistant Children’s Ministry Director at Calvary Chapel Tallahassee, Laura directed her organizational and managerial skills toward eight-year-olds, so we knew she’d be well-prepared to deal with all of us. Moleskin at her side, Laura finds creative inspiration from the stories and experiences of other people, which fuels her love of traveling to far-off places and manifests in the pages of countless personal notebooks filled with clues of where she’s been.
While attending Calvary Chapel Bible College in Southern California, she studied abroad in Jerusalem, Israel for a semester, which led to an internship with the same college in Montebelluna, Italy. She has also traveled throughout Central Europe, as well as parts of the Middle East and South America.
On weekends, Laura volunteers with downtown food and clothing outreach, providing aid to families in need. She is also involved with CRosSWILD, a local non-profit organization, where she leads and helps with weekend retreats and summer camps for middle and high school students.
Originally from Tallahassee, Laura pretty much despises the humid, never-ending summers and out-of-nowhere torrential downpours. Her free time is filled with books, baking pies, pedicures and spending time with her family and friends. She’s also been known to jump out of airplanes.
