Tajiana is a nationally accredited public relations professional, which means she has demonstrated expert knowledge and proven success in the industry. She develops and implements creative and customized public relations programs designed to have a real, measurable impact on a client’s business goals and objectives. Tajiana serves as the regional director based in South Florida where she fosters partnerships with new clients in the region.
Previously, Tajiana was responsible for corporate communications and media relations for a rapidly growing network of animal hospitals that focused on specialized medicine for pets with hundreds of employees distributed across five states. She led a national rebranding initiative, which resulted in the successful expansion of hospitals in existing and new markets. Tajiana also served as a consultant for a leading Florida law firm where she developed and implemented social media strategies to advance the image of the firm and its chairman of the board.
In addition to her corporate communications experience, Tajiana served as a communications consultant for a national strategic communications and public affairs firm, where she provided strategic and legislative communications services to a variety of clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, industry associations and political candidates.
Tajiana earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Boca Class 2011. As a firm believer in giving back to the community in which she lives, Tajiana has served in leadership positions in various chapters of the United Way, Public Relations Society of America and Florida Public Relations Association. An explorer at heart, Tajiana enjoys spending her free time planning the next exciting travel destination for her and her family.
